This is in overall good shape. The outer pages shows some staining from storage/age. Pages are discoloring due to age. Photo's are of the actual item for sale. 21 pages.

TERMS OF SALE
Most of my items come from auctions, garage sales or estate sales. I do not smoke in my home, but there may be items that come from a smokers home. If I notice the smell, I will mention that in my listing. If it's not mentioned that doesn't mean it is for sure from a smoke free home, I just couldn't smell it. I do have one dog and one cat. I keep them separate from the merchandise being sold. There may possibly be a stray hair I might not see.
