2003 Kawasaki Ninja

Description

Just completed GPZ900R tribute. Donor chassis is a 2003 Z1000 with 23k miles on it. All OE body work was used. Over 00 in paint, powder coating and anodizing. Loaded with Titanium fasteners-this bike is over 50 lbs lighter than stock.
Genuine Kawasaki accessories Ninja Motorcycle cover is included.

Spec:
All fairings (Lower cowl is modified sourced from a1989
ZX750 ) and tank are from a 1984-86GPZ900R-no reproduction parts
Over 150 titanium fasteners used throughout; from pinchbolts to caliper halves and caliper mount bolts
Innerfender, engine cover, some engine mount fairing mounts….
Cut off steel subframe and modified an OE GPZ subframe-createdsubframe mounts.
Used 2010 swing arm-cut off 2003 shock mount then welded it onto the 2010 arm.
ACTIVE rear caliper mount for use with Brembo caliper
Rear rotor is a modified front from a KLR, then addedtitanium floating buttons.
Cut out he bottom of the GPZ tank and welded in a 2003 Z1000portion, so as to keep the fuel pump in-tank.
Shaved off the 2 lock holes in the tail fairing.
Aprilia Tuono rims powder coated midnight blue w RSV rotors
ZX-11 radiator-fab’d fan mount/shroud to mount in samelocation as stock Z1000
Created front fender fork mounts
Accossato Front master, clutch perch and kill/start switch
Rebelmoto LH switch
Triumph 955i triple (upper modified) and forks-lower legsmachined smooth and self anodized with the fork bottoms modified to accept   Brembo caliper adapter
ZX-9R 4-into-1 header with modified collector
Two Brothers RacingCarbon muffler

ZX-14 suspension arm with Adam’s Performance adjustablelinks.
Stock motor-fresh valve adjustment.
New OE gaskets and misc where appropriate
Dyno jet Power Commander PC with appropriate map.
CNC’d stich pattern on Alcantara complimented with leather sidesfor the seat
NEW 525 chain and sprocket
Rizoma, grips, F&R res, muffler bracket
Fabricated a Carbon fiber shift shaft
Machined own brake stay.
