  • Condition: Unable to do proper test do not have anything that goes with it. It had the 12V batteries in it from 2004 they had not corroded and did not have power. I put one in for testing only. The Bat selection pegged it to the right, the HV went about 3/4 of the way. I had the Audio selection on but it did not make any noise but of course nothing was hooked up. I have removed the Battery ships without. outside case is a little rough and "screen" has browned but inside is clean please use pictures. Put Simple I don't Know. It was stored in city hall unused for a number of years. It was working then from the sticker on it homeland defense equipment reuse program. Selling AS IS AS Pictured. looking for a bargain on these this is it. Probably works I just cant test or guarantee”
