    NOTE; Read this description before bidding!
    Each auction is for one (1) piece of;
    Bicron BC412 BC-412
    14" Long X 2-1/4" Wide X 2-1/4"
    Thick
    Scintillator Plastic
    These have been machine cut with a carbide circular saw from a block of BC-412 that was 70" long and 14" wide and 2-1/4" thick
    In the first picture we have removed the thin white teflon wrap covering to photograph a similar piece of polished
    scintillator plastic  that is 3-3/4" wide.....
    the piece you are buying is 2-1/4" wide - see pictures 2 thru 5
    The two 14" X 2-1/4"" flat faces and two 2-1/4" X 2-1/4"" ends are clear, smooth, and polished just as they came from the manufacturer, the two other 14" x 2-1/4" edges have fine marks from the carbide saw machine cut described above and then a bit of light sanding......
    You the purchaser have the option to further sand, finish, and polish these two  sawn edges if you care to.
    Sold for hobbyists and experimenters to do their thing.
    We can supply this in BC-412 and/or BC-408 grade in this 2-1/4" thickness
    We can also supply the BC-412 grade in 14" wide by 1-1/2" thickness instead of 2-1/4" thickness
