    The survey meter is an OCDM item no. CD V -715 Model no. 1A, Lionel Electronic Labs Brooklyn, NY. I was able to zero the meter, but that is all you can do with this particular meter unless... Also, the battery compartment is a little loose so you have to make sure the battery is secured properly to test the zero. The survey meter comes with a strap and 1 instruction manual. The meter comes in its original box.
