The Dutch Harbor Gear Heavy Duty Willapa Rain Jacket - HD861 is a rough and tough jacket worn by crab fishermen on the high seas of Alaska. The multi-layered PVC is bonded to a heavy duty cotton twill and is designed with a fatigue-reducing bat wing shoulder design. All seams are sewn and welded with reinforcements at strength points.
