Should your item arrive damaged, you can file a online insurance claim.  Please be patient on all accounts! We join eBay in the assumption that people are basically good and honest and wish to push through with their commitment, if you do not wish to push through with your transaction, kindly communicate with us and let us know your reasons, if they are reasonable, we will not insist.
