Instructions for using the diet
:
1. Before use it is necessary to open the box.

4. It is not allowed to use canned food with swollen bottoms, streaks and violations of tightness.

6. Army biscuits are used instead of bread.
7. To restore the concentrates for drinks, the contents of the package are poured into a mug and poured with 240 ml of drinking water.
