Nasco Arclite high visibility multi-hazard  safety rain jacket.  New old stock.  Hi visibility yellow with reflective silver tape.  Snap front, velcro sleeve adjusters, drawstring hood. It should be noted the jacket has a snap front only without a zipper.  Size is medium.
