about 15 - 20 years ago, i purchased a large amount of costume and fine jewelry from an estate and have had them in storage, today I am starting to list some of the items. Be sure to check out the other pieces I have listed

Signed Napier
Each strand is connected at a conical Flower Bud with a Filagree Flower Clasp
opened and laid flat it is about 25" long
Simply a fabulous piece and in great shape

I list items whenever i have time, which means they could end at a late or very early time at your location, so i suggest not waiting to the last minute to bid, if you dont want to miss it.

I will accept traditional methods of payment in addition to paypal.
Payment is expected in a timely manner. I think 3 days is fair, unless other arrangements are made
All items are for sale locally and may be removed from ebay if there are no bids. An item with a bid will not be removed for local sale
All items are offered as is or as described, unless otherwise stated they are used items
Return Policy
Returns will be accepted if returned within 14 days, buyer pays return shipping costs and items must be returned in the same condition as i ship them.
Shipping is based on an estimate before it is packaged for shipping
General Information

I charge a small handling fee which is usually $  2.00 on all items. This covers the cost of packing materials and insurance when an item is sent insured,
Multiple purchases are combined where possible into one package with a shipping cost for the entire package so if you buy multiple items, please wait until i get them packed and send an invoice
The Ebay calculator will give you a good idea of the shipping costs. It could be lower then the calculator shows but if it appears too high ask before bidding.
It is unfair for you to bid and then complain about the shipping or give low ratings after the fact.
Shipping will not be higher then the calculator shows for that item
